OnlyAlpacas works with manufacturers and artisans from across the world to source the coolest alpaca products at the prices that suit you. However, we do ensure you can track your orders for your extra peace of mind. As soon as your product is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code attached.

Some products could be shipped from the other side of the world, meaning in some circumstances it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our products will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control.

How long will it take to get my order?

Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. First, it takes around 2 to 4 business days for us to process your order for shipping.

Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 5 to 7 Business Days


US & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany:
 10 to 16 Business Days


Other Western European Countries:
 10 to 16 Business Days


Other countries:
 14 to 20 Business Days

** These are estimated delivery time. Actual delivery time will vary depending on many situation. OnlyAlpacas cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframes. However, you will always receive either your item or a refund.

When your item hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support at info@onlyalpacas.com.

Additional information

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

When you order a product you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check this e-mail to see whether you ordered the order is correct.

Once a shipment email is received we will no longer be able to change delivery information and/or the ordered products. You, the customer, will void any replacements or refunds if correct information isn’t provided at time of the shipment email. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
